Size Guide

Seamless fabric is meant to hug — if you're between sizes, sizing down gives a snugger, sculpting fit and sizing up gives more room. When in doubt, two sizes and free returns have you covered.

How to Measure

  1. Bust. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level.
  2. Waist. Find your natural waist — the narrowest point above your belly button — and measure there, relaxed.
  3. Hips. Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Measure over bare skin or thin clothing with a soft tape, and compare your numbers to the chart below. The tape should sit snug — not tight — and stay level all the way around.

Wrap the tape around your body at each dashed line.

Size Chart

All sizes are body measurements in centimetres, with inches in brackets — measure your body, not a garment you already own.

Fit Notes by Style

  • Leggings. True to the chart. Seamless fabric is designed to hug — between sizes, size down for a sculpting, high-hold fit or up for all-day comfort.
  • Shorts. Use the leggings & shorts chart — the waistband sits at your natural waist, so the waist measurement is the one that matters most.
  • Sports bras. Choose by band first — find the underbust band you'd normally wear, then check the bust column for overall fit. Between sizes on a bra, size up for longer sessions.
  • Tops. Match the bust column — cropped styles are cut shorter by design, so expect them to sit above the hip.

This chart is a starting point — fits vary slightly by style, so check each product page for style-specific notes.

Still Not Sure?

  • Compare your measurements to the chart and pick the closer size.
  • Between sizes on leggings? Go up for all-day comfort, down for maximum hold.
  • Between sizes on bras? Match the band size first.
  • Wrong call? Free 30-day returns — size swaps are our most common return, no stress.
