Not right? Not a problem. You have 30 days from delivery — returns are free and easy.
Our Promise
If your KOVAH pieces aren't right — wrong fit, changed your mind, whatever it is — send them back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. You'll get your refund to the original payment method once we receive your return.
How to Start a Return
- Check the window. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Get your label. Contact us with your order number and we'll email you a prepaid return label.
- Pack it up. Items should be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Send it. Drop it at any drop-off location listed on your label. We'll email you the moment your return is processed.
Good to Know
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
- Exchanges are straightforward — tell us what you'd like instead and, if it's in stock, we'll ship it as soon as your return is on its way back to us.
- Items marked as final sale are excluded — it'll say so on the product page.
- Damaged or faulty on arrival? We'll make it right — message us with photos and your order number.
